This is a SELF GUIDED 6-week program. This option does not come with a private facebook group or coach to guide you but rather you can take the documents and videos and take it at your own pace or follow the structure of the program as written.

This is NOT a diet! Intentional21 is a program designed to help people change their MINDSET about what it truly means to be healthy, take control of their cravings, detox their bodies, recharge their metabolism, and create healthy & sustainable lifestyle habits to help them reach their weight loss & nutrition goals. 

The GOAL of Intentional21 is to reduce inflammation in your whole body….which helps to reset your gut and can improve your digestion, sleep, energy levels, nasal congestion, skin issues AND even lose weight and inches!! It is NOT an individualized weight loss plan.
