- This is a membership for anyone that has already taken SAAM 1.0 and would like to continue with the exercises on their own. You will have access to all of the exercise breakdown videos and playback recordings for each class. Your progress isn’t done after 7 weeks of SAAM- consistency will continue your progress so this membership is perfect!!
Coach Barb is always adding new content to the SAAM program so you will have access to that as it drops! This is self-guided however you will be added to a private SAAM fb group where you can post your exercise videos for review and individual feedback as well as one live form check/Q&A each month too!!
