Jump in the water’s fine. Aqua Fitness offers so many benefits – natural resistance to tone muscles with minimal impact to joints. With Aqua Fitness, you will be able to improve your strength, as well as, cardio performance. All of this, while keeping cool in the water and having a great workout. As with our boot camps, Aqua Fitness can be modified for all levels of fitness. We offer 6-week sessions and you choose how many workouts you want to do per week. In addition, there is a 7th week bonus to allow you to make-up any missed classes. All you need is a water noodle, swim suit, and water shoes (optional).
