Barb is the owner and founder of Fitness320. Her vision for Fitness320 was for it to be a place where ALL women (and men) could come and not only get an incredible workout, but find joy and community and leave each class feeling empowered!
Seeing Fitness320 grow across all of Tampa Bay and now virtually is a dream come true for Coach Barb. “There is nothing better than seeing the progress of our members and hearing their success stories! From strength gains to healthier blood work to increased bone density to endurance improving and members having personal records for race times….the stories keep coming in and we are so proud to be a part of it all.”
Barb is a mom of 5 amazing children and When she isn’t coaching or getting her personal workout done, she loves playing beach volleyball, running and doing any activity with her family.

Coach Jen G
Jen George was one of the very first coaches hired at Fitness320. She coaches in person bootcamps, virtual bootcamps and is also a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and a “Strong as a Mother” bootcamp coach too!
“As a former social worker, my goal is to empower others!! This has transcended into my own health and wellness journey which then allows me to empathize and relate to all who come across my path.”
Jen has been a group fitness instructor, personal trainer and wellness coach for over 25 years. She has a love of fitness and watching clients and friends unleash their abilities… whether it be in their fitness journey, nutritional journey or their own life path. She has a gift to help you with incorporating fitness and sound nutritional information to maintain a lifestyle…not a quick fix!!
Jen’s family is her foundation including her husband Stephen who loves running, her daughter Katherine who enjoys taking care of dogs while attending college and her son David who enjoys exercise and boot camps. They are an active family that prays and plays together.
I am looking forward every day to working with her boot camps and creating a community of support, accountability, and accomplishment!

Coach Tracy K
Tracy K joined the Fitness320 team in May 2020 and launched her first camp on July 21, 2020.
“Bootcamp is a place filled with motivation, inspiration, love, knowledge and all the support needed to reach goals you only dreamed of. Bootcamp is a group of strong women empowering each other to reach goals and change that negative talk into motivation to drive you to succeed!”
Tracy has been married to her husband for 13 years and they have two sons, Logan and Mason. They all love the beach, mountains, hiking, family bike rides, movies and hanging with family and friends.
On August 27, 2018, Tracy was diagnosed with Celiac disease.
“I believe that being diagnosed with Celiac disease started a journey that I didn’t see coming. I was determined to better my health. Fitness then became a priority in my life. Becoming my own health advocate and keeping exercise in my daily routine, all directed me on this path to become a Bootcamp coach. I am so passionate about health and fitness and am incredibly grateful to share my passion and to coach others on their very own fitness journey!”
Favorite exercise: BURPEES! I love that it is a good cardio burst, as well as a whole-body workout.

Coach Jennifer D
Jennifer joined the Fitness320 team because she loves to work out and she loves to teach. Coaching with Fitness320 brings both of those passions together!
A fitness coach is just one of Jennifer’s many roles, she is also a wife, mom and science teacher. She has been married for 15 years and has two boys. Hanging out with her family is her favorite thing. They enjoy riding bikes, reading together, Friday night movies, going for Jeep rides and cheering on the Ray’s.
In Jennifer’s spare time she likes to read articles that have to do with living her best life, especially healthy eating.

Coach Jen F joined the Fitness320 team in February 2020.
“I love the environment and Fitness320 family! I’ve met so many amazing people and it’s really cool how strangers become great friends through fitness. Also, our programming is by far the best around. The coaches ensure you are doing everything from start to finish with correct form – that’s huge! I saw massive improvement with myself when I started training with Fitness320.”
Coach Jen was born and raised in Tampa. She has been an athlete all her life. Her favorite sports were track and field – She was a sprinter and pole vaulter in high school and waterskied competitively. In the past couple years, she’s found a love for running and has completed two marathons.
She has been married to her husband, Joey, for over 13 years and has two amazing boys Joey and John. When Coach Jen isn’t working or coaching, you can find her spending time with her family or training for her next race.
