Coach Barb Ladimir is not only the owner of Fitness320, a certified Personal Trainer and Group strength coach but ALSO a Certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist…and a mom of 5 children (that she birthed!!) She wrote this program for anyone looking to build a STRONG core EFFECTIVELY…..because your CORE is your central command station for your entire body!
This is NOT just for Mothers….in fact…this program can benefit ALL women!! Anyone looking to build a stronger CORE! In addition, anyone experiencing a dysfunctional pelvic floor or desiring to safely get their postpartum body back into health again would be perfect for this class!
- The workouts will focus on strengthening the core and ALL of its parts (adductors, glutes, hamstrings, all 4 areas of abdominals, lats, serratus, rhomboids and chest) while perfecting good breathing patterns and posture to allow for the most effective exercises and strength gains.
- IT’S ALL CONNECTED so you CANNOT just do tons of ab-exercises alone and expect your abs to get stronger if you are constantly moving dyfsunctionally and using accessory muscles instead of abs!
- You CANNOT expect to strengthen your GLUTES if you keep overusing your quads and hip flexors!
- You CANNOT expect to stop having back pain when your posture is all wrong and your quads, hip flexors and traps take over for all your primary core muscles!!!
- You will learn all the WHY’s behind the HOW’s of the exercises. This will be low impact, but that in no way means “easy.” Your body will be challenged in ways you never imagined, and exercises will be combined to provide the maximum results. There will be one-on-one attention and modifications will be made accordingly to ensure your safety. When you finish this course, you will have the confidence to continue strength training safely and effectively.
