Hi guys! Barb Ladimir here, owner of Fitness320, personal trainer and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. I am excited to announce the launch of our newest program, Strong as a Mother!

I am five years postpartum with my 5th child. I was struggling with chronic neck and low back pain, a core that wasn’t getting stronger, and an annoying lower belly pooch that was not going away. In addition to all that, I was having pelvic floor pain and painful intercourse too. I just thought this was my new normal as a mom of five.

At six weeks postpartum my doctor gave me permission to return to “all regular exercise”. The problem is that my body wasn’t ready. I was doing more harm than good. It made me very angry at the lack of information and assistance for postpartum moms. I decided to take action and become a postpartum corrective exercise specialist. I wrote a whole new exercise program, because you CAN workout and be STRONG all while healing your core the RIGHT way! You aren’t stuck just doing low impact exercise for the rest of your life. You can get your body the way you want it!

Men can also suffer from chronic low back, hip and knee pain due to a dysfunctional pelvic floor and weak core.

Strong as a Mother is designed for anyone experiencing a dysfunctional pelvic floor and core or desiring to safely get their postpartum body back into health. The workouts will focus on strengthening the core and all of its parts while perfecting good breathing patterns and posture to allow for the most effective exercises and strength gains. You will learn all the WHY’s behind the HOW’s of the exercises.

This will be low impact, but that in no way means easy. Your body will be challenged in ways you never imagined, and exercises will be combined to provide the maximum results. There will be one on one attention and modifications will be made accordingly to ensure your safety.

PLUS, you’ll receive weekly bonus videos, tips and additional exercises to work on at home. When you finish this course, you will have the confidence to continue strength training safely and effectively.
