Thank you to all of our members who are participating in our 3-week virtual boot camp! Over the next three weeks, we hope to provide you with not only incredible programming, but a sense of empowerment. There is a lot beyond our control right now, but one thing you can control is your fitness! We know that it can be tempting to stay in your pj’s all day and binge watch netflix, but we’re here to keep you MOTIVATED.
To help you make the best of the next three weeks, we’ve provided you with some tips to get the most out of your Fitness320 Virtual Boot Camp.
Tips for Fitness320 Virtual Boot Camps
- Mark your calendars- Joining into the live zoom workout will give you a sense of routine and accountability during this challenging time. Plus, it is a great opportunity to keep in touch with our Fitness320 family and connect with others (who don’t live in our house!). One of the biggest benefits that Fitness320 Zoom classes offer is that you can still see and hear your fitness coach and they can see and hear you! Your Fitness320 coach can provide modifications and adjustments and make sure that your form it on point! If you miss the live zoom workout, you will still be able to watch the replay, but we strongly encourage you to attend the live class whenever possible.
- Make sure you have a strong internet connection- Our Zoom boot camps make it easy to connect from your smartphone, computer or tablet. But, you’ll want to make sure that you have a strong internet connection so you don’t miss anything!
- Be prepared-Your Fitness320 coach will be posting the warm-up and any equipment needed before your scheduled class. Make sure to check you Facebook group, get your set-up ready and warm-up before logging into the class. Don’t forget your water!
- Keep moving- All members will receive two live zoom workouts each week, but don’t stop there! Our coaches will also be posting a third pre-recorded workout. PLUS, every Tuesday and Saturday we have a Facebook Live mobility and core workout on our Fitness320 Facebook page. (Tip: If you’re looking for our previous Facebook Live workouts, visit the Fitness320 Facebook page and click the video tab at the top of our page to view all our videos without having to stroll through the Facebook feed.)
